  “Excellent hotel with excellent restaurant open most of the day. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Accommodated early check in. Staff were all friendly and professional. Breakfast choice was good. Close to bus stop for station though easily walkable.”

  “What a terrible place! Seriously! Welcome and service are the worst, rooms are 1970's youth hostel's standard, not clean (mold in bathroom, dirty windows, caroets etc. ), and I am not even mentioning the decoration... this is NOT a 3 stars as advertised... what a shame!”

  “The hotel is renovated, so everything feels fresh and clean. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the gondola station. Our room had a comfortable bed and a balcony with a beautiful view, which was a big plus. Breakfast was a wonderful surprise — lots of local products and homemade treats like pistachio cream, waffles, and blackberry cake. The staff (the lady) was kind and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. I also really appreciated the option to store luggage safely in the lockers, which was very convenient. Overall, I think this hotel offers the best quality-to-price ratio in Fiesch. Highly recommended!”

  “Came to do some cycling in the area, and needed a place to stay for a few nights. Hotel Nufenen was ideally located for this, at the foot of the Furka, Grimsel, and Nufenen Pass climbs, with terrific scenery and a water fountain just outside. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, I was able to dine here in the evenings and there was plenty on offer for breakfast. The room had a very cosy alpine feel to it, so I was very happy! Also had secure storage for bikes!”
