    “We took it upon ourselves to stay the night as we were attending a wedding which was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The door man who greeted us which we seen a few times was brilliant. So friendly and funny. The reception staff were a great help and to be honest all staff were great.they did indeed provide the 5 star service. There was one incident I didn’t like we were getting our meal served at the wedding and one of the young boy picked my glass up to pour water into and he got told off by his manager who I thought was rude. There was no need for that. The morning after we got greeted again by the wonderful man and shown to the breakfast room and again the girl who served us gave us great customer service.the breakfast was amazing as was the food at the wedding it was 101% very tasty and lovely presented. All in all it was a lovely experience from start to finish.”

    “The location is great, it is set back from a main road, close to the airport and within walking distance to the train station There was also a tablet on the front desk where you could order a taxi and a small selection of snacks and drinks available next to the desk. Being so close to the airport I thought it may be a bit noisy but I honestly didn't notice. The staff are all exceptional! Very welcoming and friendly. The two ladies I dealt with at reception were both absolutely amazing went above and beyond. The swimming pool was lovely and family friendly they also provide towels and swimwear was available to buy. Breakfast was brilliant and affordable buffet style hot and cold options and the tea and coffee on tap was very much appreciated. The bar area although I did not use it was also lovely, cozy and comfortable.”

All staff from General Manager, receptionists , waiting staff , bar staff & housekeeping staff were all very pleasant and friendly. We also enjoyed dinner - good selection from the a la carte menu and reasonably priced with generous portions.”
