    “This apartment is located in a compound. To enter the premises, you need to pass through a security gate. You register once, and then you are allowed through. You receive a code for both the door and the gate. The room is neat and clean, though not very big. Luckily, we had a triple room, so we had an extra bed to place our suitcases on. On the rooftop, there is a terrace with a few chairs where you can sit and relax.”

    “The place is stunningly beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully considered and breathtaking views. The staff was very pleasant and attentive, and the dinner was excellent.”

    “At Green's Palace there are several apartments, and the kitchen and living room are shared with the other guests. We were the only ones there, so we had everything to ourselves. Everything is very neat and clean, and you can sit in the garden. The housekeeper lives across from the building and is friendly and helpful. There are restaurants nearby, although they are not of the highest quality. For shops, you need to drive a bit further. The host has lived in Germany and speaks fluent German. This way, we were also able to ask a few more questions about Jamaica. :-)”

    “The owner is a really nice man and was always friendly and helpful. The building is very new. The room is spacious, and we received a free upgrade because the room we had originally booked faced the terrace of the nearby Smurf's cafe, and we expected some noise. However, this turned out not to be the case! At this Smurf’s Café, we had a good breakfast every day. There are a few restaurants in the area, and one that really stood out was Eggy's—Eggy makes delicious fish. There is a beach nearby where pelicans dive into the water, and we even found traces of turtles there.”
