    “The green garden area is pretty and relaxing. The host, Edwin is an asset. He is friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. The rooms are basic and charming. The internet worked well. The location is excellent for shops, transport, restaurants and bars. Easy local bus ride from the airport. We are going back.”

    “Beautiful Thermal Resort Getaway! From start to finish, this resort was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The grounds were beautifully manicured, and our room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. The reception staff provided outstanding customer service from the moment we booked, making us feel truly welcome. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations — both the food and staff were excellent. Throughout the property, everything was well-maintained: the walking trails, pathways, thermal spring access, showers, and pools were all thoughtfully designed and in great condition. One of the highlights was the volcanic mud baths — said to promote health, happiness, and beauty. While they may not smell like roses, they offer fantastic benefits like relieving joint and muscle aches, exfoliating the skin, and delivering a natural dose of minerals. The natural sauna was an incredible feature — a perfect example of using the surrounding environment in a meaningful way. The main pool was spotless, with serene and beautiful scenery all around. The pool bar and its staff were also excellent, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and healthful retreat.”

    “Suitree is absolutely exceptional in every sense. This was our first time in Costa Rica and I cannot imagine a more beautiful hotel.to stay in. The architecture is awe-inspiring and each unit beautifully positioned with its own unique special features. We stayed in the Jacaranda unit which had beautiful views over the jungle which meant we could take in both the stunning sunrises and sunsets alike given the wrap around balcony and stunning large windows. We saw so many different birds - including the sweetest hummingbirds - as well as iguanas, lizards, leaf cutter ants and we heard the howler monkeys every day. We cannot praise the staff at the hotel enough! Every single person we met was so welcoming, made us feel like family were super professional, so attentive and so caring. We were genuinely sad to say goodbye. We were on half board and had our meals in Taru. Each was absolutely delicious - as were our out-of-this-world mocktails! The site itself is gorgeous. The gardens are fantastic. We loved the Stone Pools and the Lookout deck. We adored our stay and really do hope we can return one day! Thanks to everyone!”

    “The hotel is modern and very new. The room was small for the 3 of us, but OK for two nights. The beds were comfortable. It's pricey for the lack of facilities, but its well located near many restaurants and coffee shops and walking distance to the beach. They were building a small pool which will be a bonus when ready. They don't offer breakfast on Monday, but in exchange they washed our clothes, a nice gesture, and will ensure to warn people about this on the website.”
