  “Lovely location, although on the hill at St Peters Port, it is walkable, although on steep routes. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. We were so well looked after by the staff at breakfast/dinner in the restaurant. Food in the restaurant was very good. On arrival, we noticed our extractor fan was not working, we reported it to reception the following morning, and by the time we returned to our room in the afternoon, it had been fixed.”

  “Food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. Just one suggestion at breakfast. The meats and cheeses that were kept close to the hot food were drying out and curling up. Maybe move them to the section where the croissants, fruit et cetera are kept. Also on the first morning, some of the bacon and black pudding had both become very dry to the point where we couldn’t cut them and so they were in edible.”

  “The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, they were there without being in your face and were really friendly and professional. The bed was great and really comfortable and the pillows I loved. It was so lovely and quiet as well both outside and in, so very well sound proofed and the breakfast was amazing. The pool, spa and gym looked good, but unfortunately did not get a chance to use those on this occasion, but we would love to come back again another time.”
