The breakfast was nice with a lot of options both Vietnamese and Western cuisine. The rooftop bar has a great view with nice drinks. Definitely staying at Le Premier for my upcoming Hanoi trips.     “The staff were so helpful, even accompaning me to the Pharmacy to help with my purchase. The breakfast was fantastic ! Everyone was so warm and friendly. Great location. We were right in the busy shopping eating area and could walk around the lake, which is lovely in the evening. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very professional service yet relaxed. We will book here again next time we stay in Hanoi.”

    “My daughter had a terrible experience in Hanoi airport and as a result needed a hotel at 2a.m. I booked the hotel from Ireland and immediately received a message asking if there was anything we needed. I explained that my daughter was very distressed and would they ensure that she was checked in safely. They offered to collect her from the airport. On arrival my daughter said they the staff were just fabulous and very kind. They gave her some cold drinks going to her room and delivered fresh fruit the following day. Going above and beyond. I was so grateful as a parent so many miles away that my daughter was in good hands. I would hope to travel to Hanoi some time and look forward to staying in this hotel. Also incredible value for money. Thank you to all the incredible staff”
