    “The plusses is only : The Staff is fantastic - Super Nice Girls, good location in the Old City area and good Breakfast thx to the chef. The rest is horrible, I agree with rewiew about room 202 , I lived there as well . Right on the 1st sec when I enter I understood that it's disgusting even to touch anything ,all the stuff inside is like from 70-80s - dirty walls , mold in the washroom, TV is old and wow lol not working at all, what's the point to put it in the room where is no space lol so everything seems like a Dark Comedy. Who are those people who wrote 9s and 10 rewiews,? Hospitail is near so looks like it was a squad of blind guys who rated this hotel so good . On the 1st sec I wanted to walk away from this room ,unfortunately when you payed already you can't receive a refund”

    “The staff helped us book a taxi from the airport and everything ran smoothly during our stay. Our room was spotless and clean, as where the pool facilities on the roof top. The location is great, near the water and within walking distance of the old quarter. There is a beautiful bookshop opposite the store (Hanoi Bookworm) which is the perfect way to spend a morning or afternoon, while grabbing a coffee. The view from the rooftop is also worth the stay for. Importantly the air-conditioning in our room worked perfectly. The hotel is great value for money and a perfect way to have a very comfortable stay in Hanoi.”

    “A wonderful stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel. Room was upgraded, clean, airy and well maintained. Nice room with view and balcony. What impressed me the most was the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and especially the Pho was outstanding and left a great impression. Rooftop feature and outdoor swimming pool with a beautiful view, surrounding by greenery and blooming flowers, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere..Definitely return on my next visit Hanoi! Highly recommend.!”
