    “Excellent location on the edge of the old quarter, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend paying a little extra for a room with a balcony. We loved the added character this gave our room and enjoyed watching the world go by. Sound proofing was surprisingly excellent even though we were on the 1st floor (and we are light sleepers). Was expecting it to be noisy from a couple of other reviews but could not fault it. All reception staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knew us by name. Great communication on WhatsApp when we needed anything. They readily offered recommendations for food and things to do, and made bus bookings to our next destination. Bed was comfortable. We had 90 minute massages in the hotel spa which we also recommend, both for the skill and the convenience. The breakfast was simple but more than adequate, with eggs and pancakes made fresh to order.”

    “The staff were really friendly especially the concierge team. We went during the time Vietnam was experiencing typhoon. Vehicles were hard to book but the concierge team went beyond and above for us to book a taxi for us so we could attend our meeting.”
