From the moment I arrived, Mamdouh, the manager, made me feel right at home with his warm and welcoming attitude. His leadership is clearly reflected in the high standard of service throughout the resort. The front-of-house reception team—Bassem, Meriem, and Cherine, were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, they made every interaction smooth and pleasant. Checking in felt more like being welcomed by friends. I also want to sincerely thank Najawa, the housekeeping manager, and her team for doing such an amazing job. My room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly arranged. Their attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out. A heartfelt mention goes to Mustapha, the entertainment manager, who consistently went above and beyond. He always checked in to see if I was okay, made sure I was enjoying myself, and even helped organize my taxi to the airport. His kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. The resort itself is paradise—lush gardens, beautiful pools, a serene beach, and a wide range of delicious food. It’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and feel genuinely cared for. I can’t recommend One Resort Premium Hammamet enough. It’s more than just a hotel—it’s a place where you’re truly treated special. Lady on the reception desk- Rym was amazing and supportive of everything , and I truly appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. I was also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a standard room to a premium room at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture made my stay even more enjoyable.”
