  “I stayed in Sunny Guest House from 26-31/08/25. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Shout out to the staff for making my stay smooth. The rooms and reception are always kept clean, and there's someone at the front desk until it's late. The location is just behind Bui Vien so there's plenty of restaurants and bars to see. It's also walking distance from everywhere else. The staff also have a partnership with Kim Travel and they're able to do discounted tours, which I recommend having a look. If you're looking for friendly vibes, value, and convenience, then this is a solid choice.”

  “I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: a separate bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen - I felt completely at home, with full privacy and no disturbances. The place is very spacious and filled with natural light, with all the essentials provided - fridge, dishes, utensils. A special highlight was the projector with Netflix and YouTube: in the evenings it felt like having my own private cinema. Spacious, convenient, and very comfortable - a wonderful place to stay!”

  “I loved everything about the property, the location was excellent, everywhere was walking distance, the room was sparkling clean, bathroom was clean, the staff were so nice, especially Annie and her assistant, always listened and solved my queries, went above and beyond To provide free breakfast, doing laundry and arranging transport. I would highly recommend Annie house to anyone that is looking For a clean and convenient place in Ho Chi Minh City.”

  “My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and we can‘t complain about a single thing! Our room was comfy, we even had a fridge and a kettle. They provided water, shower gel and towles! Also, there is a 7/11 right next to it if you need anything. The hotel is around the corner of the walking street, where it getd really busy at night but it was still very quiet! Also, the owner was extremely kind! He even provided us a shower when we already checked out! Great guy :)”
