“I have no words to describe how wonderful the people working in this hotel are. The décor and everything else is one thing (every little detail is perfected and fills you with peace and delight), but another thing are the waiters, the manager, everyone working here – they take care of everything a guest needs, even things not connected with the hotel (everyone here got involved and is helping me with the process of adopting a cat from Greece to Poland). Everyone is smiling, helpful, funny. I have never met such wonderful people and such a wonderful place. Oh, and the breakfast - perfect!!! Thank you. I will definitely come back here next year.”
“Lofos Strani is located in Bochali, which is up the hill outside Zankynthos Town. It’s a 15 minute walk into Zante, downhill. 30 mins walk to the bus station. And 15 mins or so to Bochali viewpoint. However, if you’re not into walking, then you will need to grab a taxi as no buses run up this part of town. But that makes it very quiet and peaceful!
My room was well equipped, fridge, price includes Air Con, the shower was hot and powerful and the beds were reasonably comfy, although a bit low so if you have any mobility issues you might find them awkward.
The pool was clean, and we’ll kept, although the pool edge was a little tired looking. Beautiful view over to the mountains though. And the gardens on the hotel are stunning.
Breakfast was continental; eggs, fruits, cheese, pastries, cake, yoghurt etc.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.”
“Everything really! The food was exceptional every day and worth mentioning that the staff was super friendly, professional and always happy to help with any inquiries. Great vibes, decor and overall a great stay. Very nice choice of music in all the bars - either dj’s or live events.
Sunbeds was not really an issue as we always found a place (given that you stop by the pools/beach before noon).”
