“From the moment you arrive you are made to feel really special.The rooms are so big and lovely decorated the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast’s were delicious. Nothing is to much trouble . Peta , Alex , Moo and Kevin are really special hosts we will definitely be going back .”

“The best property I have stayed in on the Island, and I have stayed in a few over the years! Perfect location within Shanklin (5 minutes from the station, the beach and the old village), exceptional breakfast, comfortable room, lovely "family" atmosphere, and excellent, "chilled-out" service. I didn't have time during my short visit to relax in the front garden, with its sun loungers and picnic benches, but it looked very pleasant. Highly recommended!”

“Everything about our visit was exceptional. Hotel was in an ideal place walking distance to the beach. The hosts were amazing. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”
