    “We stayed at cendre hotel, suzhou from 22 July to 24. The room was clean, spacious, well designed. The staff was very kind and understanding. Mr Mei helped us with a well thought itinerary, which included a visit to lily watertown which is a less touristy place and had many opportunities of taking nice photography. He also recommended us to a nice vegetarian meal at xiuyan temple and we are super grateful for that.”

I accidentally left an item behind after my stay in the hotel. The hotel staff found the item and got the item back to me after I had left China. At all times the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, honest and professional. The staff went more than out of there way to help me and I am exdtremely grateful for all their help.”

The view was stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the modern amenities, was just right. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and thoughtful details made it a stay to remember. Absolutely will come again next time!”
