    “Location is great, staff is friendly and facilities are amazing. Best part is the kitchen, where you can cook anything you like anytime.”

    “The property was far from the station and you have to walk a lot to the station. It is situated in the middle of the mountains and it gets scary when you cross in the evening. There is no footpaths to walk and you have to book a cab to go to the train station. The staff behaviour was very bad, they would discriminate against you if you were ethnic minority. When you book the hotel, they then send you message to state that you booked a budget hotel and you need to pay extra to upgrade it. When you want to cancel it, they don’t allow you to cancel even within 24 hours.”

    “I booked the bed in a dorm which was clean, the view from the room is absolutely exceptional. Hotel is located nearby to the interlaken west station and has direct bus to hotel from interlaken ost. Has all the basic facilities including the common dining area which also has microwave and a kettle.”

Lovely little touches everywhere with the arcade machines, duplex rooms, water machines in the hallway and karaoke rooms. The location and the views are incredible.”
