“The excellent service by Felix and delicious food by chef Faith were the standouts of our stay. Felix was a whirlwind of efficiency and politely checked in on us, kept our glasses filled, lot a fire when it got cold and offered warm towels before and after meals to wash our hands with. Faith's beef fillet was the best I had in two months in Kenya and Tanzania - tender and tasty. Her breakfasts were hearty and fresh. Her sambusas were meaty and nicely spicy. Also, they served great coffees teas and affogato. The location is quiet with views overlooking the tea estates. The room was good and value for money.”
