    “Stunning location high quality accommodation (with a great pool). And Elena is an absolutely wonderful host who cannot do enough for you. She not only picked us up with our bags from the bus terminal on arrival, (and dropped us off there on departure), but her local knowledge and hospitality is also second to none. She recommended us some excellent and affordable local restaurants (Antichi Saporri our favourite for great local pasta), the best walking routes, and other things to do and see (don’t miss the beautiful gardens of Villa Melzi). The walk from the centre of Bellagio was not a problem at all for us. Embrace it and feel better about yourself having walked off that extra ice cream.”

    “Super impressed with this room and the host. The communication was quick and helpful when we had questions. We were able to check in early, there were multiple types of pod coffee and tea (plus a kettle - rare in Italy) and a free mini bar. The bathroom was great, large shower, vanity with heaps of shelves and there were lovely toiletry kits provided. It is only a short walk to the lake front and far enough back that it’s quieter, but still lots of great restaurants nearby. There’s a lift upstairs and using the codes to access was super easy before we got the keycard in the room. The room was large and allowed plenty of room around the sides of the beds and our bags. I liked the auto sensor light in the entrance to help you find the key card slot for power, and the extra door meant it didn’t wake one of us up when the other went to the bathroom at night. Huge wardrobe with lots of shelf and hanging space. Smart tv to use streaming services was a plus too.”

    “Great breakfast, including freshly scrambled eggs and freshly made coffee on request, cold meats and cheese, croissants, yoghurt and fresh fruit. The room was on the smaller side, with a drop down desk and no dedicated bag area, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is on the outskirts of a cluster of homes - the view of the lake is limited, but there is a great view of the mountains, and the location is very quiet.”
