    “A fantastic location, very close to the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. A good host is nearby. Communication with the host was incredibly efficient, with a generous amount and positive energy. The room was well-equipped and thoroughly cleaned. Despite being located in the city center, the rooms don't overlook the street and are accessible for relaxation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom isn't the newest, but it's clean and secure. You can leave your belongings after check-out.”

    “The location was perfect right next to the colosseum. The room was big and very clean with air conditioning which was great. They brought breakfast to our room Each morning which was great aswell.”

    “We had a very pleasant stay at Vaticano Charming Rooms. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Vatican and also convenient for buses and the metro. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with everything we needed during our stay. Communication with the host was always smooth and quick, and they were very kind and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but they kindly allowed us to enter the room in advance, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen was always available with coffee, juice, and some snacks, making us feel at home. Overall, we were fully satisfied and truly enjoyed our time here. If we visit Rome again, we would be happy to return to this place. Highly recommended!”

    “Location was great. Perfect 15 mins from train station and 15 mins to around the trevi foundation. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were so clean and modern and have a smart TV for Netflix which is always welcomed after a day of walking. Little area for filtered water and coffee as well. A great spot if you are going to be out all day and just want a nice clean place to rest.”

    “We loved everything: the large and nicely decorated room, the comfortable bed, the balcony overlooking the small square, the cleanliness and good taste throughout the entire place. Flavia was a very kind and attentive host. Perfect location – close to the city center and the beach. Also, Nettuno is a picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian Sea – not very well known, but with a peaceful, typically Italian atmosphere, beautiful and clean beaches, medieval buildings, and old churches. We will definitely return to Nettuno, and of course, to Favola Guesthouse Affittacamere.”
