    “Having stayed in Liberec several times over the years and in various places, we were happy to try somewhere new to us. Despite its relatively small size (15m2) the room felt light, spacious and modern. The staff were great and the breakfast was far better than the one we'd had in famous downtown brunch cafe the day before. We genuinely look forward to staying there again.”

    “I slept well. That is for me the main thing. Everything thing I needed for the night was there. Since I left early in the morning, I could use the guest kitchen to make my own breakfast. A grocery store is just 200 meters away. That is nice if you are traveling by foot...”

    “Good location, pretty easy to find ! Was good communication from the get go! Sll very clear with information ! Was met on arrival , friendly & welcoming! Safe & secure car parking behind electric gate! Great setting on a river ! Apartment clean tidy modern & fresh look & feel ! Big bathroom also very clean & tidy ! Comfortable bed, I appreciated the sofa & good WiFi! Admittedly can be noisy as property is right on corner of the road, but with windows closed not so bad ! Crockery& cutlery to use ,fridge & kettle ! There is an outdoor seated space to use & grill! A few supermarkets are not so far away in this small town & I made a few good road trips to other not so far places! I stayed an extra night , highly recommended & will stay again! All photos are a true representation of tje property! Also a fairly cool place on hot days I also appreciated I could use Netflix & youtube when chilling at night on the smart tv !!”

    “We were welcomed by very polite guesthouse owner. Our room was personally introduced for us. We were offered dinner, unfortunately we have already eaten and cannot comment on it. Great breakfast and again very polite guesthouse owner said goodbye.”

    “oh, great place! Restaturant has very good food with quick service and fair prices. Personnel are smilinig folks. The place itself is new, clean, safe, has spacious parking. The room was according to the expectations, I did like the bed matress. Very close to the birder CZ / DE / PL making it a good sleepover point. Thanks!”

    “Very charming place. We felt welcome. Bonus was the possibility of having dinner there. Dinner was prepared by the owner himself. So, it was excellent Czech food, home-cooked and also local beer. We highly recommend staying there and enjoying Czech hospitality. We stayed for three nights and would stay again and again. Nice neighbourhood, close to several interesting destinations.”

    “We loved this simple place with its laid back vibe. Beautiful location, away from it all. Very nice family room, also the communal areas were nice. Very peaceful and relaxing, also a great location to explore the area. The lady staffing it was so kind and friendly and helpful. This was one of our favourite places we stayed in during our Czech trip. We all wished we had stayed longer.”
