    “I've been a frequent guest at the WA Hotel since 2004, and after staying here every two months for work, it truly feels like a second home. The staff is consistently wonderful, and I'm always so impressed by their genuine warmth and professionalism. I want to give a special shout out to the newest addition, Engineer Muhammad, the new front desk manager. His beautiful smile and readiness to listen and help are a true asset. Also, Mr. Talat at the front desk is a wonderful person so polite and humble, and he always greets guests with a smile. The same goes for Ms. Maha and the rest of the front desk team, who are all exceptional. The housekeeping team is also amazing. Mr. Rabiul always has a smile for passing guests and is incredibly helpful. He's also wonderful with families and children, always showing respect and kindness. A huge thank you to the porters, especially Mr. Akif and the others whose names I've forgotten you all welcome every guest with such energy and excitement, leaving a great impression from the moment you check in to the moment you check out.”
