“Just to clarify for anyone considering this property: this is not a hotel-managed apartment directly rented through the Address Marassi Golf Resort, but rather a privately owned unit that is selectively being managed by the hotel. This means that almost everything you might expect to be included in a hotel stay – such as housekeeping, extra towels, additional bedsheets, extra pillows, or even access to the pools – comes at a separate charge from the booking.
That said, I did appreciate the way the owner handled an issue we faced. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed by nearly three hours (from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm) due to the previous guest not checking out on time. The owner was very apologetic about the situation and kindly compensated us with a late check-out on our final day until 9:00 pm, which was a thoughtful gesture.”
