“Exceptionnal maison d'hôtes, welcomed by the owners, family atmosphere”

“Cozy, little hotel in a typical, charming and quiet Corrèze town. Very clean too. The friendly staff (in fact the owners) took very good care of us and was always helpful. The cuisine is excellent! Fresh, quality ingredients and a brilliant cook who knows how to turn them into great dishes! Do ask for local wines, they are superb too! Looking forward to getting there again sometime soon!”

“The location is perfect, huge green space with mature fruit trees, and a great swimming pool as a bonus. Breakfast serves the biggest and best croissants I have ever had. The place has a rustic charm ad offers great peace and solitude and best of all is the host / owner Salvador, super friendly and I am sure his English improved way more than my French over the 4 days we were there.”

  • “Very good breakfast, I had a small table and 2 chairs outside my room which overlooked the main street a pleasant spot to sit and catch a bit of sun. Pleased that I had parking directly outside the front of the property. Bedroom and bathroom very comfortable.”

  • “Beautiful welcome and building. The history of the place is fascinating and would definitely recommend. Host went above and beyond. Parking great and breakfast lush.”

  • “Our hosts were amazing. Everything about the property was exceptional. We can highly recommend this location.”

  • “The hosts welcomed us in their beautiful home in this small village. After showing us the room, a chat and recommendations for a restaurant in Figeac (9 km), we unpacked before heading to Figeac. Breakfast in the morning was very good, again with the hosts not only serving guests but also engaging in conversation and telling us about the history of the Pressoir and the surroundings. We enjoyed a quick walk around the village and a climb up the centuries old tower leading to a marvellous view.”

  • “A beautiful property, lovely seating areas outside and a well looked after garden and larger park area. The interior is just lovely with a large beautifully appointed room for breakfast and comfortable seating for relaxing in. A well equipped library with English books too. The property is well away from roads so is quiet and private. The owners are delightful, attentive without being intrusive. Helene spent the time to gave me maps and pointed out interesting places to visit, she is very passionate about the area. Breakfast was tasty and included home made preserves and cakes.”

“Cute tiny house opposite the church. Very nicely furnished with lots of art objects. There is a lovely balcony with fantastic views of the church. Very quiet at night. We felt very relaxed and slept well.”

  • “Our hosts were delightful and could not have been more helpful even though we struggled with the language!”
