Free parking (undercover car park was being renovated), friendly staff, short walk to lake, restaurants, shops and the old town, elevator, convenient burger restaurant, check in process with a person on a computer screen at reception worked well, free lollies at reception, books can be borrowed from foyer, communal rooftop space that looks towards the lake, spacious room (we stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom and kitchenette), air conditioner in the bedroom was effective despite the warm weather, comfortable bed and couch, two bathroom basins and warm shower. The decor is a blend of old and new - not all to my taste. We didn't use the breakfast service. We found a laundromat about 3 km from the hotel which worked well (we had a car).”
