“We were on the road and needed a place to stop for the night. We were very lucky to find this spot. I suspect we got a deal since we reserved an hour before showing up and quite late in the. The property is located near Murten, a very popular spot in Switzerland near Bern and along a lake. Very nice surrounding.”

“We can only recommend this stay and would come back in a heartbeat. The room and facilities were great and the garden is gorgeous. The hosts were very friendly and eager to help. They even accomodated secure storage beyond checkout time for my mother's luggage who had a broken collarbone.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Free parking (undercover car park was being renovated), friendly staff, short walk to lake, restaurants, shops and the old town, elevator, convenient burger restaurant, check in process with a person on a computer screen at reception worked well, free lollies at reception, books can be borrowed from foyer, communal rooftop space that looks towards the lake, spacious room (we stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom and kitchenette), air conditioner in the bedroom was effective despite the warm weather, comfortable bed and couch, two bathroom basins and warm shower. The decor is a blend of old and new - not all to my taste. We didn't use the breakfast service. We found a laundromat about 3 km from the hotel which worked well (we had a car).”
