  “• The courtyard, pools, and beach area are very nice, but the rooms are old, smell of mold, and clearly suffer from years of poor maintenance. They urgently need renovation, and it is obvious that no real investment has been made in this hotel for a long time. The cleaners do their best, but they cannot compensate for this neglect. • The food is okay, but it is clear that the management gives a very small budget to the kitchen. The “all inclusive” option is extremely poor – everything is kept at the bare minimum just to be able to call it all inclusive. • The biggest value of this hotel is the staff that is not part of management – they are kind, attentive, and truly try to make guests comfortable, but unfortunately they cannot compensate for management’s negligence.”
