“We didn’t get the apartment we booked on the first night, likely due to poor management or overbooking (as other low reviews also mention). Instead, we were placed in a much lower-quality apartment with poor facilities, and no compensation was offered. The host even asked us to cancel our reservation on Booking.com, which felt manipulative and would have prevented us from leaving this review. This ruined the start of our holiday and shows the risk of booking here. To be fair in the review, the apartment we had for the last 3 nights was good and matched the description. The host also helped us move our luggage when we changed places.”
“The staff was incredibly kind, and the host warmly welcomed us and answered every question we had. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The location is perfect, right in the middle of town, just a short walk from everywhere.”
“Hello, my name is Feisal Heidari. I stayed at the Two Mermaids Hotel for four days, and I can honestly say that everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms and showers were in perfect condition, and the breakfast was delicious.
The staff was amazing, especially Xhoni Lleshaj, who served us exceptionally well and helped us a lot during our stay.
This hotel has become one of my favorites, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend it to everyone!”
“Here’s a warm and polished review you could post for Hotel Keli in Ksamil:
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keli in Ksamil. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the dinner was simply amazing! What really made the experience special was the hospitality, the staff were always kind and welcoming. A special thanks to the waiters Mario and Enea for their outstanding service and friendliness. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ksamil!”
“Emilio is very kind, he gave us many tips for enjoying our time in Ksamil.
The building is located in a quiet street, while the neighborhood is very noisy with many restaurants, shops and bars.”

1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking

2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
