    “The location was excellent right in the heart of Tonsai. Junie was absolutely amazing. She greeted us by name going in and out of the hotel which was lovely and very personal. She provided restaurant advice and followed up to see how we found it. She helped us navigate a day hiking around the island and offered support after I was injured. She managed the younger staff very efficiently and they were also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean at all times. You have a real asset in Junie and thank you to her for all her care, it made our stay. 10/10!!”

    “We were gratefully surprised because as soon as we got to the resort they upgraded us while we did the check in. They gave us two rooms, that were wonderful huts in the forest from which we had a great sight of the beach and the sea. The staff were super nice and helpful at all times. Breakfast was superb, with a great variety of products to choose from. Location was also very good, as one can go by foot to the centre of the island.”

    “The manager was excellent, helping to sort out the room straight away because our initial room was inappropriate, we were disturbed by the noise of building work. We could see them from our room so I concerned about our dignity and privacy. Spoke to the receptionist and she was not keen to help but agreed to contact her manager for me and he was wonderful. We were moved to different, nice and quiet. Staff who picked our bags and luggage from the pier was amazing. Thank you so much.”

    “This is a ln excellent hotel. It’s right by the pier and the views from the rooms were just beautiful. The rooms were clean and big and despite being on the front of the harbour we found it to be very quiet. We couldn’t heat any nightlife noise at all, which was great as we were with our 12 year old and 7 year old. The staff were happy, kind and helpful. We would recommend and would definitely stay here again.”
