“Eccentrically decorated log cabin with a sauna in the basement. I stayed in the windowless twin room, which felt a bit like a time capsule to the 1970s. The setup is funny — the main door key is in a lockbox next to the door, which you unlock each time you need to open the door. Then, each individual room can be locked with a padlock from the outside or a latch on the inside. Works a treat. It’s a 20min walk to the station and 15 minutes to the city centre which is really not bad. Would stay again!”

“The hotel is at the railway station, so it’s very easy to get there. Although it is so close to the railway, still quite quiet. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast.”

“Cosy warm room with private access to toilet and common access to shower. Access to sauna. Well equipped kitchen, but not all devices were operational. Information was mostly in Finnish, which let to some problems. The house overall is awesome.”

“Location was perfect, 10 min walk to very centre. Situated on a quiet street uphill. The decor in the rooms delighted us with personal touch. The common spaces were clean and well thought. Highly recommend.”

“Adorable older lady rents her spare room. Location fabulous, you are right in the city centre if staying here. Room was tidy and clean, view to quiet street. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Possibility to leave breakfast stuff to fridge and use the kitchen utensils. Great place for a shorter stay!”
