    “Perfect mix between hotel comfort and hostel activities. Atmosphere a bit off as we went in August (low season), nevertheless there was some live DJ and people around both nights we stayed at Monkey’s. Position is ok, 20 mins walking from the centre and 5 mins car to the zona hotelera. Private rooms are same level of an hotel. Good quality price overall”

    “Extremely nice and beautiful structure, 5 mins walking from the beach and from the area of night bars. The hotel seems an oasis in an island, simply perfect. Rooms of the same quality, loved the amaca inside the room. Very good breakfast and availability of the staff to arrange activities such as the bioluminescence (don’t miss it!)”

    “This hotel is a real haven of peace, far from the mass tourism hotels. Very well located (near downtown and the central bus station), you can easily get around on foot and by public transit. It had all the amenities I needed, a very comfortable bed and a simple but good breakfast. Very green and quiet, it's a perfect place to rest and recharge your batteries. The pool is ideal for a refreshing swim. The hotel team, in particular, Bruno, the night auditor, and Jazmin, the day agent at the Front Desk, were extraordinarily kind and helpful, providing valuable tips and useful information with a smile. I'll definitely stay there again the next time I visit Cancun. (And they are truly eco-friendly.)”

    “Well firstly, we arrived at the property to find we weren’t staying there but staying in their other hotel across town, which we were not informed about prior or after booking. But the hotel we ended up in had big rooms, a lovely swim up bar and a good free breakfast selection and reasonably priced (and delicious) cocktails! Staff were friendly and they transported us from the first hotel to the second for free luckily, but it wasted time us not being informed up front.”

    “The property itself was beautiful, the bubbles are gorgeous!! Nice and cool in the evening and kept as cool as possible during the day with the cover. Comfortable bed and good facilities, little refrigerator in the room and telescope! Location was great and the free electric buses to take you through the park were great.”
