    “The Hotel is very new and cosy regardless how big it is. The staff was very friendly and the entertainment was ok, I wish they had more activities or sports, it was quite hard to register for their activities and the availability small (20 people). The food was OK not my favorite food from a resort of this type at this price. Their Mexican food was good tho. Service was slightly slow so we ended up going to the buffet style restaurant more, which we preferred because also of the variety.”

    “The property is beautiful - you are in the jungle, not close to walk or ride to the main Tulum town and a taxi is expensive but being in the jungle, gorgeous garden, on the beach with the pool and with shuttle access through the park is awesome! The staff are so helpful and kind! Orfe and Jose and all the bar/restaurant staff were lovely. Rooms are gorgeous. Yoga is great.”

    “We had an incredible stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach. From start to finish, the service was absolutely impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made our experience outstanding. A special mention to Luis at reception, who was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us with all our queries—his professionalism and warmth really stood out. Another highlight was Xochitl at the buffet breakfast, who was so kind and friendly, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. We were traveling with our toddler who has a dairy allergy, and the staff accommodated this with no problem at all, which gave us complete peace of mind and made meals stress-free. All the amenities were spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented, which made relaxing around the property an absolute pleasure. Truly, we couldn’t find a single negative during our stay. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!”
