The bedroom has a King Size bed with a very comfortable mattress. The living room has a pull-out couch which is decent, but a bit squeaky (maybe a problem for light sleepers).
The bedroom bathroom also has a walk-in shower and it is of a very decent size. All necessary amenities in the bathroom are present.
The living room has a second shower room which is very useful for a family with 2 kids.
Everything is carpeted, including the hallway which is a plus with kids.
