  “Beautiful hostel with literally everything you might need. Dorms had curtains and lights and lockers are available outside the room if needed. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals and the multiple bathrooms were always clean (the downstairs ones have hot water!). For 17k you get a great breakfast and they also have a very efficient laundry service. The common spaces are the real highlight of this hostel: hammocks, pool, sofas, game room. The location in San Gil is perfect, close to everything and the staff is amazing, friendly and always available to help. I arrived very early after a night bus and my bed was available so they let me check-in hours before the official check-in time. Don’t hesitate to go!”

  “Definitely one of the best hotels of our entire trip. The finca is absolutely beautiful, a great place to relax and enjoy the warm weather and visit the nearby tourist spots. Every member of the staff is friendly, the manager Nelson and our coffee tour guide Juan made our stay really enjoyable. We also used the spa services and were not disappointed. We would love to come back!”

  “I tried a few hostels in Barichara and this one was by far my favorite! Amazing location, close to everything but in a quiet street. The dorm room was huge, with comfortable beds and big lockers. The kitchen had enough equipment to cook and the common bathrooms/showers were clean and had hot water. You can also do laundry for a fee and get breakfast of eggs/arepa/fruit/coffee for 10k. Camilo is friendly and helpful and speaks perfect English in case your Spanish is not quite good yet! This place is really peaceful and welcoming, it felt like a little home and it was easy to meet other people. Great wifi as well!”

  “If a hostel could be perfect then this would be the one. This is a lovely peaceful oasis near the scenic town of Barichara. Great food prepared by Flo, with an attentive demeanour towards guests. It was the best three nights to relax and experience the nature of Colombia without being eaten by mosquitoes. Once you get settled you can take the regional bus into the town and back. Or just stay put and go for some walks around the property. There is Starlink internet if you need to do some work and I loved the outdoor shower. I will return as soon as I can!”
