  • The Windy Roost Review score: 10

    “Great fire pit!”

  • Bonnie Haven Review score: 10

“We had an excellent stay!! Bonnie Haven is a fantastic place to stop on the NC500 - our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was very comfy and we had an excellent nights sleep. There is a fantastic veiw of the loch from the property and some benches outside to sit on and enjoy the view. There is a very comfy seating area in the house to sit in the evening, rather than in your room. Kirsteen was an excellent host and the buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent with a lot of choice. We also really liked Lochinver as a place to stay and it has a couple of really nice restaurants within walking distance. Can highly recommend a stay here!”

  • Loch Rannoch Hotel and Spa Review score: 8

“Nice hotel in the middle of the Scottish wilderness! Very 'tartan, shortbread & heather' Scottish decor. Local scenery stunning (obviously). Lovely room - spacious and comfortable, slept like a log. Wife liked the spa. Good breakfast.”

  • Central Glasgow House Review score: 1

“I didn't stay one night. I can't believe this is considered suitable and is marketed by Booking.com. no sheets or pillow cases, no tv, cramped room, dirty and home style cameras hanging from the wall in hallway. The owner was burning green leafs/bushes ingulfing the property in choking thick smoke. I've stayed in many budget hotels around the world but this was filthy and not fit to be called a hotel. It is a fire risk. I would urge an inspection by the local authority and the Fire Brigade.”
