  • Waterland Lodge Review score: 10

“The location was great and easily accessible! WiFi was stable to compensate for the lack of network in the area. Appreciated the owner Grant coming with extra blankets and a gas bottle for the cold weather and he stepped in when we had an issue with an other guest. The rooms were cleaned each day which is a great way to maintain our stay! The scenery in the plot is absolutely breath taking!”

  • “The breakfast was 5 stars! Best breakfast we had on our entire trip!”

  • “Good location, very friendly staff, clean”

  • “Eveything”

  • Monkey Valley Resort Review score: 8

“Breakfast was good, location was great”

  • “Accommodation was Pet Friendly Private Room Entrance Reserved Parking on this occasion thanks to the Gentleman on duty.”

  • “Incredible views of the bay and penguin beach, with easy access to the viewing platform below the cottage. Cottage is well equipped, with all the tools needed for a braai. We had family round for a braai and they had a great time, with garden area for the kids and plenty of chairs. Beds are very comfortable and extra blankets are available. The cottage is secure and we felt safe during our stay.”

  • Victorskloof Lodge Review score: 6

“-exceptional view -help and local knowledge from the owner -clean (but a bit old) -due to personal reasons, we had to leave earlier than planned, with the understanding of the owner”

  • “It’s location, it’s helpful & friendly staff. Secure parking. Chapmans peak came highly recommended by my friends. And I have to say I wasn’t disappointed in any way whatsoever. Food is great. Breakfast is great. Popular with the locals at the weekend, as located at the bottom of Chapmans peak drive. A stunning mountain side drive on a smooth toll road. Coating R66 about £3. Again highly recommended.”

  • African Soul Surfer Review score: 10
