  • Rosemary Cottage Review score: 9

“Fantastic location, lovely wee cottage, nice touches like leaving a cake and very helpful and friendly host”

  • “My kids called it the upside down house as all the bedrooms are downstairs. This is actually lovely as you have the upstairs veranda to share. Everything you could need was provided, and the location was great for travelling to local areas. The onsite pub had great food and atmosphere, too. The hot tub was a bonus, and we used it almost every day. You're close to neighbours, but it didn't feel like it. Everyone seemed to have the same thoughts. We wanted to relax and enjoy it. Even the woman's football on when you had windows shut couldn't hear anything from other cabins. There is a shower in the bath that was amazingly powerful and a separate shower in the other toilet room. Having 2 toilets was a great bonus. As well as two showers. There are no tvs in the bedrooms, so I would advise you to take a tablet or laptop if you're someone who sleeps with a tv on usually. My kids always have nighttime lullaby and fishes on their tv, but using the tablet was more than adequate as the fresh air made them sleep wonderfully The beds were incredibly comfortable, which again was a great addition to our stay. There is WiFi in the cabin and when at the pub.”
