    “First of all, we thank the hotel management for their interest in guest service. Yes, it is a three-star hotel and provides a three-star service, but the hospitality of the hotel management is up to the mark, especially the cheerful lady at the reception, Ms. Shaimaa, who provided everything required. The stay is reasonable and good compared to the price. The hotel also has a restaurant that provides an excellent breakfast. The only remark, and this is of course due to my bad luck, is that my room 102 was between a rock and a hard place, as on the one hand the women’s health club was crowded and on the other hand the workers were doing maintenance in the next room, but it was an incidental matter, and we hope it will not happen again. My regards to the hotel management.”
