“The kickback hours with free food and drinks was a massive bonus, plus a great location right on the Riverwalk. The staff were very friendly also. If you have a jacked up truck then parking will be an issue but average vehicles are fine. We had a Chevy Tahoe and it was fine.”
“The room we had (although a low floor level) was a corner room so we had plenty of windows which was nice to look down on the street. The room was massive so definitely try and get the corner rooms. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Great friendly valet staff (although I do prefer to park myself and will always choose self parking over valet if possible) but I believe the parking is a third party company and not actually employed by the hotel themselves.”
