“The friendly staff when checking in, not so much when checking out as I found the very young female staff just about helpful but didn't appreciate the laughing and condescending looks as we tried to collect our luggage. Will think twice about booking the Hilton again as it was not the experience I had hoped for, or have experienced before.”

“Overall a pleasant stay at a reasonable cost and I would stay again. Great location very easy to get to and from the airport, I used uber which takes 10 mins rather than the shuttle service as the shuttle didn't run at the times I needed but it only cost around £10 for an uber and the shuttle is £7 so not a big difference. The dinner and breakfast buffets are really good quality with a good range of hot and cold food options, not the cheapest but it's about what you'd expect for an airport hotel. However don't expect them to have the full range available if you're going close to the end of breakfast or dinner service. Cleanliness was good. Rooms are good enough with working aircon but there are a few points that I didn't like.”
