Alexandra has a great attention to detail and you can feel it in everything in the place. The outdoor Jacuzzi with amazing mountain view is just breathtaking.”

Great staff that lead the hiking and bike tours. comfortable rooms, impressive views from the junior suites. Great food throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner & diverse and excellent wine list.”

The tram running right above the hotel is both beautiful and useful for connecting to Bolzano.”
