“The location was a little out of town but buses were frequent and free in to town or a 20 minute stroll in to town on a safe path behind the hotel.
Breakfast was good and room spacious
The noise was minimal despite being in a room facing the road”
“This is a lovely hotel very conveniently located in Cortina d’Ampezzo. The town is a short walk away and there are lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We checked out very early on our last day and they kindly organised a packed lunch for us as we would miss breakfast. There was also coffee waiting for us on a table downstairs!
The room was clean and frequently restocked with fresh towels and sheets. There was a fridge to store any drinks or snacks and plenty of storage space for clothes etc. The room is small but it is perfect for a couple.
We were able to enjoy all the local hikes and activities with ease and rarely used our car when in and around Cortina.”
“We spent 2 nights in the hotel. Room was comfortable and we could eat good dinner in the evening. Breakfast was also sufficient to start your day well. Location was okay, it is not very close to lake in Auronzo, but convenient to leave with car for a hike. There are not that many restaurants in the city if you fancy something else than pizza, but of course you can find some place.”
“perfect location, perfect place to start Tre Cime tour, private parking putside the hotel and private parking garage too, balcony with lake view, very kind reception personal. We were on bike trip to Tre cime and personal allowed us to let the car. at parking garage till we return.”
“Good location with barely a minutes walk into town and good parking. A slightly dated feel and a very generous 4 star rating. Food was OK and staff were very pleasant but seemed poorly trained. Whilst it is a large hotel the place was very dead with no guests using the bar or lobby. I imagine it may be very different in winter season. Facilities, service and style are not in keeping with the price and 4 star rating but comparable offerings in the town appear similar price point. Overall a comfortable but underwhelming stay.”
