    “We stayed at the hotel on the first and last nights of our trip. On the first night, we were given two rooms with numerous issues: one room had a non-working phone, the fridges in both rooms didn’t work, the air conditioning was faulty, and the room was extremely dirty—dust everywhere, no soap in the bathroom, no trash bags, no toilet paper… In short, the rooms were not maintained at all. When we complained, a service manager came and showed us another room that smelled of cigarettes and also had a broken phone. When I asked what the solution was, he frowned, mumbled something in German, and walked away. When I asked if we should wait, he just said, “We’ll call you…” how exactly are you going to call if the phone doesn’t work? The attitude was really unpleasant. I spoke with the reception staff, and while they expressed empathy and said someone would come to clean the room, that never happened. I ended up cleaning the dust myself because my son is allergic. For the second night, I specifically asked in advance to be given rooms without any issues. Of course, this request was ignored, even though I also contacted hotel management directly. Aside from some forced smiles, there is no real service here, and the hotel clearly does not care about providing even the most basic standard of accommodation. Not recommended!”
