    “The location was absolutely first class, my single room had a view straight out onto the Chapel Bridge. However, the two ladies running reception during my stay were a credit to the hotel. Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful, but both went out of their way to accommodate my attempts to speak German, showing both patience and grace, and taking the time to speak slowly and clearly, and even teaching me new words. Between them they made my stay a pleasure, and if I hopefully one day return to Luzern, I will certainly book in with at Hotel des Alpes again. Thank you all so much!”
