    “Online check-in was fantastic – we could do everything in advance, so when we arrived, getting our room cards was super quick and easy. The staff is absolutely amazing – a huge thank you to Samantha, who went above and beyond with local recommendations on where to eat, what to do, and what to see. She really made our stay special and gave us a true Greek experience. The cleaning staff and breakfast team were also incredibly welcoming and really took care of us. The location is perfect – just off the main road, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and around 10–15 minutes to the beach. There’s also parking available, which is a huge plus. The hotel itself is relatively new and modern, very central, and a great base for exploring Crete. Breakfast was included, and while it’s a small buffet, it was nice to have every morning. Room service is available until 10:30 PM, which was very convenient, and the cocktails were great! Our room (on the first floor) was comfortable, with a bathroom and a small balcony – perfect for drying towels or clothes after the beach. Morum City Hotel is a modern, well-located, and welcoming place to stay with incredible staff who truly care about their guests. Despite a few minor downsides, we had a fantastic experience and would happily come back.”

From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed – they even surprised us with a bottle of a special local drink and some thoughtful goodies in the room. The accommodation itself was spacious, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the atmosphere around the place. The restaurant next door felt like dining in a beautiful garden, with such a unique concept. The food was simply delicious, and the people there were incredibly friendly and attentive – we were treated with genuine care throughout our stay. The owner of Casa d’Irene treated us with some traditional shots which made us feel like part of the "family". Staying here felt like stepping into a different world, far away from the rush and the greed of busy places. It was peaceful, authentic, and full of heart. 🥰❤️”

The beach bar team were amazing and always friendly and quick serving us amazing cocktails, special thanks to Rob, Jack, Jaquelina and the nepalese boy who we can't remember the name. The animation and sports team were also great, the yoga class with Michelle was one of the best I had, Simone was always super friendly, Vicky from the kids club from was great and we had great fun at her watergym class. We loved the rooms, facilities, swimming pools, the food at restaurants 2 and 3 were delicious and with lots of options.”
