“Breakfast was amaizing, lots of types of bread, cheese, meat, fruit, cereal, eggs, for kids and adults the perfect breakfast with lots of options, the room was extremly clean and they changed the towels every day even if we stayed for only 3 days, the hotel has a bar, smoking area, pool table, its on very good location close to different types of transport, and there is a mall right next to it, the staff is all very friendly helpful and smiling”
“Last week, we had 3 lovely days in Vienna, saw lots of sites and attractions. We had a very pleasant stay at Josefhof am Rathaus hotel, which we found always clean, and well run, with a large room and good bathroom facilities. The location was very central and convenient and close to the U Bahn and Trams. But although location was central the Josefgasse itself was nice and quiet especially at night.
I would especially like to mention Hotel staff who were always very friendly and helpful. Every night we had a couple of beers at your bar and Hotel bar staff made us feel very welcome.”
“Simple, streamlined, clean hotel, very close to the main railway station. Note that you can also exit/enter the station on the far end, which is much closer to the hotel than the main entrance. Nice modern surroundings. Staff is helpful. Huge breakfast area with ample selection. (Detailed info on breakfast as of Aug 2025: pancakes made to order, sweet pastries, croissant, 4-5 different bread rolls, toast, jam-nutella-honey, hard boled and scrambled eggs, 1 kind of salami, 2 kinds of ham, 3 kinds of cheese slice (one vegan), 1 kind of brie, hummus, beetroot spread, cream cheese, butter, vegetable spread, cereals, tomato, cucumber, juice, coffee.)”
“We loved our stay in this stylish hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was incredible with so many options and the location so perfect for exploring Vienna. The gym is large and well equipped.”
“One of the best hotels we stayed in.
Very spacious rooms that are well-designed (perhaps even a bit too much).
It was dark, quiet, and had air conditioning.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, they have luggage storage for free, and it is close enough for walking to the centre (about 20 min)”
