“very comfortable and cosy stay- stayed in the guesthouse next door but could access the facilities of the main hotel which was very convenient! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made the stay so much more pleasant :)”

“Rooms were modernly equipped. Comfortable bed, although a bit narrow as it was a single room. I made good use of electrical heater because it was really cold for a few days. Great location, in the middle of the town, close to the train station and shops and also close to the Gornergrat, Sunnega and Matterhorn cable cars. Staff allowed me to store luggage before checking in and I would have been able to store it after checking out, but I left early. Staff was polite, to the point and professional.”
