    “We stayed here as a family of 4 - parents and teenage boys. We had 2 excellent rooms. The home was lovely, including the rooms and the social space downstairs- the breakfast area and the awesome honesty bar, plus the outdoor space. The breakfast was excellent and very generous, including fresh homemade soda bread and cakes! Best of all, the hosts live next door and are a lovely Irish / Slovak family. They were very friendly and always happy to advise on activities and places to go. That was greatly appreciated and really helped us to make the most of our time. The local area has beautiful countryside and walks, plus places like huge caves (amazing) and you can get a cable car up Chopok mountain for an excellent walk on the top.”

    “Wonderful resort in the middle of the woods, up on the mountain with beautiful scenary and cozy feeling everywhere you look. We came with 3 kids for 4 nights and enjoyed everything! The rooms, the heated outdoor pool, the wellness center massage, Johnny the guide that took us for a 2 hour morning walk in the woods, the kids playgoround outside the restaurant that has a trampoline, the drink at the pub in the evening. This place is simply magical!”

    “For really reasonable price, you are getting scenic and quiet pure nature location with clear star skies , free parking, clean room and also shared spaces, sweet and helpful staff and many more. It is old school, simple, but I got all what I needed. If you are looking for value for money low cost place, this is it - I recommend it for you. There are many hiking routes nearby. I would also mention the grill place and a play room for kids.”
