a couple of rooms have windows and acces to a distribution hall which didn’t ensure a proper cooling for the rooms, as no aircon was available, and we passed through very warm weather conditions at the time

Very good location, with clean rooms, comfortable, with a good bistro- restaurant on groundfloor. Liked so much as we planned another stay here. Expect a guest house at high standards.

No parking spots inside, but you can find plenty on the street, it's not like a real Bad (at least for us) Restaurant, was great, but for one of the meals the Fish was not properly cooked, they fixed the issue, but if we did not identified from the beginning, it could have ended bad for us;

No hair dryer, no kettle, slippers would be appreciated as the floor and the tiles are quite cold.

It would have been nice to see the room/restaurant staff more customer-oriented, more welcoming (not 4/10...really). Also, if you plan to carry some luggage with you, take a light one - there is no neat road to pull your troller from the street to the entrance of the hotel.

Very clean and close to the City Centre, it has also a restaurant on the property. And if you don't mind hearing tables/chairs moved around at the restaurant below, at 8:00 AM, it's quite ok. Also worth mentioning, kind & helpful manager.

Staff at the restaurant downstairs is a bit impersonal and the music so loud, it was impossible to eat inside, so we had to eat outside jn the garden, which was fine given the weather was also fine. But even in the garden the music was way too loud. I know Romanian hospitality, with warm, smiling, friendly hosts, but it was not the case here as owners seem aloof and do not interact at all with the guests . A bit of warm hospitality and adjusting the music would make a difference in the whole experience.

This property was perfectly located in the downtown area. Many shops within walking distance. Wifi service was excellent. Great variety in their restaurant menu.

No parking and, because the town is undergoing some massive repairs, we had to make some upsetting detours. There is just a little sign on the street and it’s hard to see it at night. We were given a room at the first floor, just above the restaurant. Every morning at 8 a.m. the staff made a lot of noise and you could here the sound of the pounding door as if it was in the room. The first time I spoke with the manager and he sorted things out rather quickly. The second time I didn’t want to walk the same road and we left the building.

Very good location, right in the center. The rooms are clean, but not that big as you can imagine from the photos. Indeed, there is a balcony, but it’s probably one square meter. I don’t think it could fit two people.

- Food poisoning from the restaurant. Pork meat was smelly. - Mattress was lumpy and entirely uncomfortable - Although booked room with balcony, received a room with NO OUTER WINDOWS. Only windows in the room lead to the hallway where the entrance to the room was located. There was no way to air out the room without having all guests in the hotel gain access. - Following the change of the room, I was unpleasantly surprised to discover the shower only had an overhead water dispenser. No possibility to take a comfortable shower - the only option was to wash my hair every time I took a shower. The shower caps provided were entirely unsuitable. - No reception. Reception was at the restaurant bar, which is quite unproffessional. - Door to the location was getting closed at 10 PM. Reminded me of being in high-school and on a curfew. Guests should be allowed access to their rooms as per their schedule. - Fridge was unplugged upon arrival. Very noisy when plugged in. Overall, it is a shame for the investment in renovating the building, which was done very nicely.

The bathroom in general in a mess, door is broken, water in the shower is flooding after seconds, lamps are almost falling apart, electricity plug next to the sink is broken and cables are coming out. There's no oar condition or ventilator. The bar/restaurant is right below the rooms and the played loud music from 7:30am.

Nice place. However, the restaurant nearby organizes weddings. Music blares until 4am, impossible to sleep. So avoid booking on Saturdays at all costs - unless, of course, you come for the wedding.
