Got slightly confused by the check in and code system but this was my fault rather than any particualr issue with the property.

Apartment had great modern facilities, was super clean and very comfortable. WiFi was fast and easy to log onto. Daily room refresh, rubbish collection, water (still & sparkling), tea and coffee service was excellent and unobtrusive. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely everything!  from the entrance until the coffee machine from the rooms from start to the end it was the best place I have ever sleep in good job apart hotel Craiova you are the best

More precise directions for the parking entrance would be helpful — maybe a few photos on the website could make things clearer. We mistakenly waited to enter the parking area at the exit, as there was no 'Do Not Enter' sign or indication that it was actually the exit. The staff was very friendly and explained everything to us right away!

The apartment is very spacious and very well organized and equipped, even with a dishwasher and a washing machine – an advantage for families with children! There is the option to order a cold breakfast in the room, but I personally wasn’t interested.

Slippers would have been a good option to have while walking out on the terrace, just a thought to keep in mind.

No Spa or massage place for one. No instruction on how to use the Internet com system.

The rooms and bathroom were spacious. Staff was wonderful.

Luxury spacious apartment, opposite to a big mall. Great cosmetics in the apartment , free parking. We will come again .

AC in room 207 in bedroom wasn’t work.

It was unusual that the receptionist didn’t speak hardly any English. We had some issues with the heating / AC system and we were not able to configure it. It was blowing cold air (we stayed on 21st December) and we had to turn it off. The TVs were not configured and we were unable to use the smart tv options. And there was a strange issue with the tv - when I turned off the tv in the bedroom, the tv in the living room turned on and vice Versa, which forced us to leave the tv in the living room on so that we could sleep. However those are small details and it didn’t cause any issues with our stay.

Amazing spacious apartment in a new building with reception. Greatly furnished with all the necessary features and even more. There is an underground parking with an elevator straight into the building. The double sinks in the bathroom are a great idea. The bed is one of the most comfortable we’ve had in a while. The pillows were very good picked as well. There was a complimentary travel kit with cosmetics which was a great detail and certainly did a good impression. There was also still and sparking water in the refrigerator. The location is very close to the city Center(10min 3€ Uber) and it was easy to find. There is a shopping centre in a walking distance and a great restaurant across the street.

Nothing bad !

Clean, spacious, cool design, comfortable bed, nice bathroom , everything great! Even had goodies waiting for us on the livingroom table. Very welcoming !!

Everything is perfect. Everything is automatic so we didn’t see the staff that much except when we needed a help with our door.

The apartment is wonderful, clean, well equipped just like the advertised pictures.

Check-in was slow, the staff also mixed up the rooms, and a family of three had to sleep in an apartment for two.
