Very friendly and customer oriented staff, flexible and available. The location is away from Sovata center, on a hill with forest nearby, lovely view and quiet environment, very good for walks in nature. The apartament we rented was nice amd spacious, good value for the money. They had own playground for children near the spa location. A la carte menu with good food.

It's clear that they are in the process of modernizing. The restaurant furniture and most of the halls had a more modern feel, but in the room I felt like I was in the '70s. Don't get me wrong, it was clean and all, but it was clear it had seen a few years. Food options and quality could also be improved.

Here and there some improvements that can be done: e.g. shower tub limestone, a bigger and more suitable cabinet for the room which is not scratching the ceiling when opening it

Both Carmen and Andreea are amazing, always trying their best to make my experience the best possible. The location is quiet, I loved the indoor swimming pools and the sauna, the fact that the resort is also close to The Bear Lake. From the restaurant of the resort I enjoyed a lot the soups. The room I had at the top floor was more spacious that I expected and quite clean apart from the carpet that had it’s color damaged. I hope the owners will keep investing in the place and keep up with the good work they are doing.

The shower door had a fault which I reported to the cleaning staff.

The pools were really good, the apartment spacious and confortable. The aircon worked well to keep the rooms cool. The location and views were fantastic.

I don't recommend the food. This was the only problem. The portions were very small and the food was not Taisty. We order d pizza from the restaurant and it was pizza from lidl. Dessert was also not great. Its a shame as everything is perfect exept that

I’ve been here last year and unfortunately I didn’t see many improvements. I saw things that could have been improved without much investment. Here are my observations: - at the entrance many pieces of tiles were unstick - the indoor SPA area didn’t seem very clean, in summer it gets really hot and hard to breath, it would be best to be more airy and maintenance documented (when was the water changed, what substances are added for maintainence, etc.) - the tap/shower water contained a lot of chemicals - maybe it is needed as the water in the area is not that good, but it dried my skin a bit - the doorknob was loose, I had to keep my clothes for one week on the coffee table and on the bed because there is no closet, but a hanger with a tiny drawer, the carpet of the room was discoloured - and didn’t feel clean with bear foots - the bathroom was dirty: the mirrors from the drawer were full of flies dirt plus poorly cleaned, the tiles are dark in colour but if watching them in the light they are crazy dirty, the shower poorly cleaned plus it was stinky because of the sewage

- the staff is amazing - the hotel location is a big plus - the dinner - the gardens were pretty well maintained

Meals are very poor and the servicies was worst. The cleaning was made only when we asked for.

Location is nice, the view is wonderful but depends much of the room location.

There isn't anything negative to point out in particular. However, I feel that nothing justified the steep pricing. The breakfast was not a buffet, the spa was underwhelming, with the water being quite cold both inside and outside, the restaurant pricing was as steep as the room itself and the hotel seemed quite understaffed. Overall the biggest negative is the low value for money.

Everything was "good enough" but nothing exceptional, except the staff which were very social and polite, we even got a coffee at the pool(put on room number to pay at checkout) on the house when we left.

First, they are understaffed. When we arrived the waiter lady was the one who took care of the entire restaurant (orders, bar) and the reception as her colleague was out on an emergency. We waited for more than 20 minutes to check-in, but I understand if it might have been just a coincidence this time. Occasionally, the waiter was helped by another man colleague who had the role to fix things there. Both the waiter and the handy man were very nice and hospitable. The waiting time for orders and delivery were is also long. Second, we reserved a Standard Apartament, having 2 rooms in it. Here, the first thing is that the rooms are divided by a wall and the bathroom is in the second room, therefore not much privacy but for us directly it wasn’t the biggest issue. The second thing, the photos are misguiding as they show the apartament would have space for you to stand in the shower. It’s not the case if you receive the apartment that has a bath tub not a shower. If you look in the photos presented by the hotel the, the picture of the bathroom that has a bath tub is done from a good angle, the reality is you absolutely cannot stand in the tub, you must sit down. Will attach photos to prove it. The water flow isn’t stable at all, some times it flows slowly other times more quicker but still insufficient. The faucet’s trigger button for the shower is quite easy to stabilize to use the shower. The air conditioning from the second room, the one where the bathroom entrance is, is hard to customize and stop. Some of the towels we received smelled horribly. And what I consider to be unacceptable where the one time use hotel shoes that we received which weren’t new AT ALL but used and washed. You can see the usage on the shoe’s base (will attach photos).

Amazing location, in a high point on the hill, easily accesibile. No close neighbours. View is amazing, the location is very quiet. You have both indoor and outdoor pools. Staff was hospitable although way understaffed and had lots of things to do.

Wellness & spa overadvertised. Indoor pool for swimming only - not suitable for leisure/welness due to cold water. Only one sauna available, however both times we checked it, it was not working - first at 6pm, the 2nd time at 2pm. Spa & Wellness open from 1:00pm - 7pm only. Thus, price over value perceived was a bit dissapointing. Hopefully will be sorted out in the future.

Nice location with great view. Friendly and involved staff. Breakfast with various options, some infant friendly too. Restaurant has decent prices and various options, but be aware some items in the menu might not always be available.
