the private parking was being used by people that were not customers- one of them hit our car with their car door, while we were next to the car, told them but they pretended not to understand romanian and left.The receptionist said he couldn't do anything about it

Nothing, would have liked to have fresh towels daily as I showered twice daily due to heat, but when I asked for clean ones they were provided quickly.

So close to Oradea town centre! Perfect for a work trip, and a base for exploring the city. Clean, functional and has a lovely terrace area to have a coffee or a beer. Met really nice staff who perhaps were not all fluent in English but between us we found an easy comfortable connection in the absence of clear fluency from either side !!! Good breakfast selection, nice coffee machine and nice selection of food and drinks.

The room had a fridge that didn’t work and one relatively small roofwindow that didn’t allow you to enjoy any view.

It was very close to the center and shopping areas. The room was spacious, large tv, clean bathroom. The stuff were generally nice and helpful .

It is the second stay at this hotel but I'm not sure if it will be a next one. The only reason would be the private parking. That seems to be getting smaller and it is very important for me to have a parking spot. Everything else was perfect - the location, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the elevator

My card key didn’t work at 9 pm returning to my room. The reception had closed and initially no one answered on the emergency line. Ultimately it got figured out but a bit stressful.

At the time of my visit there were massive construction activities in the area, this resulted in many of the roads being closed or altered in their direction. It would have been good to receive an information from the hotel as non of my navigation systems was able to get me there.

Hotel is within a short walking distance to the city center, where there are restaurants and bars. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation, staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom clean.

We would have liked underground parking for our motorbikes, but we were able to park right outside on a pavement area and they were fine.

Nothing to do with the Hotel, there is a city rejuvenation project going on so there is a fair bit of construction on some of the surrounding streets. We just avoided them.

The location is great, right in the city centre but on a quiet street. The staff, starting with reception to waiting and cleaning were very accommodating and very helpful and friendly. Their recommendations were golden. I also appreciated having an open terrace to relax and cool off, since I was there in extremely hot weather. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. Our room was clean and well appointed. On top of all, the value for money was excellent. I would return to Caro any time I visit Oradea. I loved my stay
