We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaRestaurant and reception area are a bit outdated and could use refreshing, too. Partition walls between rooms do not offer the best soundprrofing. Also, we were asked to leave the restaurant ar 22:00 sharp. We could not go to the open-air sitting area either, because main access dor was supposed to be locked during the night!??
Complex is near the main road, not far from Cluj, with plenty of free parking. Rooms are newly renowated, with nice design. They are a bit on the smaller size, though. A chair would be useful, to be able to use the desk.

IsraelMost of the staff didn't speak any English, which caused a lot of inconvenience. When we put the name of the place on significant inconvenience until we were finally able to find the place upon first arrival.
The room was nice and comfortable, and we could park our car just next to it, which was very convenient. There was Netflix and a small fridge in the room. The restaurant was very close with great food so it saved us the need to look for other places for dinner.

DenmarkUpdate from 21/7 - the property promised to refund the SPA fee, but did not do so after over a month from our complaint. There were plenty of details that made our stay unpleasant. The location pin provided in the booking confirmation was in reality two kilometers away from the property. The photos of the room were wrong - a wooden cabin in the forest was presented as the first photo of the double room, and in reality it was a double room in the motel, facing a busy road with trucks passing by the entire night. At the booking we have paid for a SPA access, but we could not use it, as the staff demanded an additional 90 lei fee for the SPA access. It was impossible to communicate that we have already paid for the SPA, as the staff did not speak English. The breakfast was served first at 9, although the property description said it starts at 8. 9 was definitely too late, as it was destroying our hiking plans. Finally, we have asked for a juice with our breakfast, and were informed afterward that we have to pay for it on top of the breakfast fee.

Nice place, good food, room is modern and clean. Didn't have time to visit SPA and Gym which were open and available, maybe next time. I think I will be back again in case of other business trips.
